Pedagogical Formation Education applications for undergraduate students (2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester) have started.
Our University’s 2025-2026 Academic Year Undergraduate Program Pedagogical Formation Education applications will be accepted between September 17 – September 26, 2025 through the Faculty of Education Pedagogical Formation Education Coordination Office (T Block Office No. 302). The following steps must be followed to complete the registration:
- You must obtain an approved copy of the decision text from your University’s relevant department indicating that you wish to take the courses listed below from Istanbul Aydın University. (For students who are not enrolled at Istanbul Aydın University)
- The Pedagogical Formation Education (PFE) Pre-Registration Form must be filled out.
- Courses are selected (Advisor approves)
- Payment is made to Accounting and the process is completed.
Applications are open only to students enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of undergraduate programs. The courses taken within the Pedagogical Formation Education Program will be charged per ECTS.
The following courses will be offered in the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Pedagogical Formation Education:
- Introduction to Education – 4 ECTS
- Teaching Principles and Methods – 4 ECTS
- Guidance and Special Education – 4 ECTS
- Assessment and Evaluation in Education – 4 ECTS
- Teaching Practice – 10 ECTS
