As a result of applications made under the TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs 2209-A and 2209-B, the research projects of 34 of our students have been awarded funding. As the İAÜ family, we congratulate our advisors and students and wish them continued success.
Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Science and Technology Research Council’s Directorate of Research and Technology Support Programs’ “2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program” and the “2209-B University Students Industry-Oriented Research Projects Support Program” for the 2022/1 period, 34 applications submitted with the support of the TEKMER & Technology Transfer and Project Management Office were deemed eligible for support.
Under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A and 2209-B Support Programs, 15 projects from our Faculty of Health Sciences, 7 from our Faculty of Fine Arts, 3 from our Faculty of Medicine, 3 from our Faculty of Architecture and Design, 2 from our Faculty of Engineering, 2 from our Faculty of Education, and 1 each from our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Anadolu Bil Vocational School received support.
The TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program aims to encourage associate and undergraduate students studying at universities to conduct research through projects. Applications can be submitted at any stage of associate and undergraduate studies, excluding preparatory classes.
The TÜBİTAK 2209 B program aims to encourage undergraduate students studying at universities to conduct research through industry-oriented projects; and to instill a project-preparation culture in associate degree students before their undergraduate studies. Our long efforts with our academics and students continue to be crowned with good news.
