Alumni-Student Meeting in The Foreign Trade Program

The “Alumni Talk” event, held online on May 12, 2026, brought together our graduates and current students. During the event, Aleyna Gönül Güven and Lale Nas, graduates of the Foreign Trade (Turkish) Program, and İlkay Yıldırım, a graduate of the Foreign Trade (English) Program, shared their experiences and insights regarding their transition to undergraduate education through the DGS Exam, their academic journeys, and their professional careers. The alumni also provided students with valuable insights into job applications and interview processes, employers’ expectations of recent graduates, career opportunities in customs consultancy, and the challenges and opportunities of the profession. The event concluded as a productive meeting that contributed to the students’ academic and professional development.
