A MAJOR COLLABORATION BETWEEN IAU AND MURATBEY

Istanbul Aydin University has signed a meaningful collaboration with Muratbey Gıda as part of the project called “Hands That Ferment the Future” which aims to support the development of children growing up in child protection institutions.

The project focuses on helping students gain sustainability awareness, develop their creativity and communication skills, and support their social integration processes. In this context, the project aims to contribute to preparing children as stronger and better-equipped individuals for the future. The project, which is shaped by the contributions of academicians from fields such as culinary arts, gastronomy, child development, nursing, and education, transforms academic knowledge into tangible social benefit through its multidisciplinary structure.

A Step Toward the Future with Strong Collaboration

The implementation of the project called “Hands That Ferment the Future” was made possible through the visionary contributions of Elif Aydın, Vice Chair of the Board of Anadolu Education and Culture Foundation (AKEV), Prof. Dr. Füsun Terzioğlu, Vice Rector of IAU, and Gülnur Uluğ, Director of Communication and Business Development at Muratbey Gıda.

A Model for University–Industry Collaboration

Our university continues to both unlock the potential of children and lead the way toward a sustainable future with this model, which blends university–industry cooperation with social responsibility.
