The 5th Talk of the “Difference Makers Academy” Successfully Held

The fifth talk of the “Difference Makers Academy”, conducted under the coordination of our Dean Prof. Dr. Ayşe Nurten Özdemir, was held on Tuesday, February 11, at 2:00 p.m. in the D Block Orange Hall. The event featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilek Yaşar, faculty member of the Department of Interior Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, as the guest speaker, and was moderated by Prof. Dr. Özer Kamburoğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Communication.

In her talk, delivered under the motto “Compete not with obstacles, but with yourself,” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilek Yaşar emphasized the importance of personal development, perseverance, and determination in the journey toward success. Drawing on her own experiences, she shared inspiring insights with the audience and highlighted that the greatest strength in overcoming challenges lies within the individual.

The talk, which attracted strong participation from both academics and students, proved to be highly inspiring and demonstrated that the program successfully achieved its intended objectives.
