New Maarif Model Administrator Development Seminars within the Scope of İrfan Academies

The New Maarif Model Administrator Development Seminars, organized within the scope of İrfan Academies through the collaboration between Istanbul Aydın University and the Esenler District Directorate of National Education, were held on 19–20 February 2025. The seminars featured Dr. Mehmet Arif Bozan, faculty member at the Faculty of Education of Istanbul Aydın University, as the speaker.

On the first day of the programme, a presentation titled “Introduction to the Literacy Skills Framework of the Türkiye Century Maarif Model” was delivered. On the second day, topics including differentiated instruction in the Türkiye Century Maarif Model curricula, the virtue–value–action framework, and literacy skills were discussed.

The seminars took place at Esenler İTO 15 July Martyrs Anatolian Imam Hatip High School between 09:00 and 12:50, providing school administrators with comprehensive insights into curriculum implementation, value-based education approaches, and the development of literacy skills within the new educational model.
