Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

The training entitled “Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)”, delivered by Prof. Dr. Gökben Hızlı Sayar, was held on 5 January 2023. This IPT training focused on enhancing individuals’ ability to express themselves accurately, understand close others effectively, strengthen family communication, and better recognize and interpret the emotions of those with whom they interact.
