Meeting At The Russian Consulate

The event titled “Meeting at the Russian Consulate”, held on February 12, 2019, at the Department of Russian Translation and Interpreting of Istanbul Aydın University, provided students with the opportunity to visit the Consulate of the Russian Federation. During the program, students gained insight into the role of translators in diplomatic institutions, including official correspondence and interpreting processes. The event offered an important professional and cultural experience that enhanced students’ awareness of the field.
