Dr. Özlem Münise KAYNAK, a part-time faculty member of the Aviation Management (English) Department, delivered a presentation titled “Competency-Based Interview Techniques in Aviation” at the IFTE 2026 organization in her role as a CRM T-RIP Instructor. Her presentation made a valuable contribution to human resources processes in the field of aviation.
