Seminar on Banking, CRM, and Effective Communication
On 09.04.2025, Assist.Prof.Dr Adil SALEPÇİOĞLU organized and delivered the “Banking – CRM and Effective Communication Seminar” for business management students together with Önder KIRAYTUN (ENKİ Consultancy). The seminar provided applied insights on customer relationship management (CRM) and effective communication techniques in the banking sector.
