Conference on the Future of Management and Managerial Approaches

On 29.02.2024, a conference titled “The Future of Management and Managerial Approaches” was delivered by Prof. Dr. Salih GÜNEY, Head of the Department of Business Management, for the academic staff of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Health Sciences. The conference addressed changing approaches to management, leadership skills, and the competencies expected from future managers, and provided an interactive environment for professional exchange with the participants. At the end of the event, a commemorative photograph was taken in the meeting hall with the academic staff.
