On 09.05.2024, within the scope of the course ISL454 Application Workshop II for Business Students, freelance business consultant Dr. Hatice Köse Baylan met with students of the Department of Business Management. Moderated by Assist.Prof.Dr Murat Adil Salepçioğlu, the session focused on “Strategic Management Tools and Business DNA,” and explained strategic thinking, competitive advantage, and the importance of organizational structures through applied examples.
