Seminar on Effective Factors in Management Success

On 24.03.2025, a seminar titled “Effective Factors in Management Success” was held under the moderation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. N. Tülin İrge, with management consultant and author Ali Sefünç as the speaker. Attended by Business Management students and faculty members, the seminar discussed key factors affecting managerial success, leadership approaches, strategic decision-making processes, and competencies required for managers through theoretical and practical examples. The seminar was completed productively with strong interest and interactive contributions from participants.
