Training on Understanding Human Psychology in Management

On 30.01.2025, as part of the Executive Development Program, an online training titled “Understanding Human Psychology in Management” was delivered with the participation of Prof. Dr. Salih Güney, Head of the Department of Business Administration, as the speaker. The training addressed managers’ skills in understanding human behavior, employee motivation, perception management, and organizational relations from a psychological perspective, providing participants with applicable insights for managerial processes.
