Dr. Süleyman Balyemez, a faculty member of the Department of Architecture (English), who has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of City and Regional Planning at İstanbul University since the 2020–2021 academic year, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by the Head of the Department.
