Prof. Dr. Murat Soygeniş Awarded the 2025 International Distinguished Alumni Award

Professor Dr. Murat Soygeniş, a member of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, was awarded the 2025 International Distinguished Alumni Award by the University of Buffalo for his original professional approaches, community-oriented work, research, and academic activities. The University of Buffalo, in a tradition, nominates alumni for this award based on their professional achievements and community service. A selection committee determines the award winners from among the nominees. Professor Dr. Murat Soygeniş’s contributions to the architectural profession and education were cited as the primary reasons for him receiving this award.
