Technical Field Trip to the Topkapı Palace Matbah-ı Âmire Conducted

Architecture Department Faculty Member Dr. Fatma Sedes, Istanbul Aydın University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Head Prof. Dr. Kâmil Bostan, and a group of Istanbul Aydın University students visited the Matbah-ı Amire Section of Topkapı Palace on April 11, 2025, as part of a technical field trip. Dr. Fatma Sedes, who completed the survey work of the Matbah-ı Amire in 2014, provided the students with information about the palace kitchen.
