Seminar on the Role of Dietitians in Mass Feeding Systems
A seminar titled “The Role of Dietitians in Mass Catering Systems” was held on April 19, 2022, moderated by Prof. Dr. Haydar ÖZPINAR, Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Istanbul Aydın University. During the seminar, Engin GÜNER, Chairman of the Board of Directors of YEMEKDER (Association of Food and Beverage Manufacturers), shared his knowledge and experience on “Problems and Solutions Encountered in the Sector,” Rouzben GERGERİ, Board Member of YEMEKDER, spoke about “The Mass Catering Sector,” and Eda Ezgi BULUT, Dietitian at TAMA Kitchen and Food Company, discussed “The Responsibilities of Dietitians in Mass Catering Systems.”
