Prof. Dr. Cennet ÇİRİŞ YILDIZ, a faculty member of the Nursing Department, presented an oral presentation titled “Examining the Relationship Between Nurses’ Individual, Professional, and Work Environment Characteristics and Their Individual Innovative Behaviors” at the 1st International 2nd National Health Sciences Congress held on May 6-7, 2025; and Faculty Member Dr. Lecturer Berra YILMAZ KUŞAKLI presented an oral presentation titled “Validity and Reliability Study of the Three-Dimensional Work Fatigue Inventory”; and Lecturer Berna KAHVECİ CEYLAN presented an oral presentation titled “Innovative Approaches of Intensive Care Nurses: A Systematic Review.”
