The article titled “A Study on Generation Z’s Social Media Use, Conspicuous Consumption, and Influencer Influence,” prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Nur Şengül, faculty member of the Department of Sociology, and Devrim Karabulut, a graduate of the Department of Sociology, was published in the latest issue of the Anadolu University Journal of Social Sciences.

She ranked 13th in Turkey among 6,508 candidates in the Special Education field, under the MEB-AGS-P2-18 score type, in the 2026 Ministry of National Education Academy Entrance Exam (MEB-AGS).
