Book Chapter Publication Announcement – Case Studies (December 2025)

Assoc. Prof. Esin N. Can, a faculty member of the Business (English) Undergraduate Program at Istanbul Aydın University, contributed two separate case studies to the academic book Business Visits and Case Studies in Business and Accounting Education 2025, published in December 2025.
In this context, she contributed to the case study entitled “Efes Copper Mine Operation (Quality Costs)” and co-authored the case study “Artizan Kitchen – Esma Balkaya” together with Çağla Demir Pali, Emine Demir, and Yasemin Acar.
These studies support application-based learning in business and accounting education.
