External Stakeholders Meeting: Academic Sustainability and Sectoral Engagement An External Stakeholders Meeting was held on 25 December 2025 by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Istanbul Aydın University. The meeting was organized around the themes of Decent Work and Innovation, aiming to strengthen the alignment of the academic programs of the Business and Economics and Finance Departments with sector expectations. During the panel and workshop sessions, academics and industry representatives shared their views and recommendations on changing business expectations, graduate competencies, and the updating of academic programs. The meeting served as an important platform for integrating stakeholder feedback into teaching and learning processes and for supporting a continuous improvement approach.
