NEWS 1 – Our Projects Accepted in the TÜBİTAK 2209-A 2024/1 Period

Three Projects by Political Science and International Relations (English) Programme Students Entitled to Receive Support under TÜBİTAK 2209-A

According to the 2024 1st term application results of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for University Students, a research project prepared by students of Istanbul Aydın University’s Political Science and International Relations (English) Programme has been entitled to receive support.

These projects, which strengthen our students’ active engagement in scientific research processes, focus on current and multidimensional research areas within the discipline of public administration, such as political analysis, environmental policies, digital political communication, and the adaptation processes of international students.

The supported projects and their academic supervisors are presented below:

Damla İriz (4th year) – “Analysis of Central Asian Turkic Republic Students Studying in Turkey’s Perception of the Migration Issue”

Merve Çavdar (4th year) – “An Analysis of Turkey’s Foreign Student Policy Based on International Students Studying in Turkey”

Yiğit Berke Doğruyol (4th year) – “Examining the Level and Reasons of Youth Political Participation in Turkey: The Case of Istanbul Aydın University”
