News and Announcement Processes via UBIS

All news and announcements are given via UBIS. While making the announcement, the start and end date of the announcement is also determined. These announcements go directly to the student as SMS.

All announcements regarding courses are made by the relevant faculty member in the Course Management System within UBIS, and this announcement is instantly sent to the student as an SMS.

News and announcements that concern all department students or students in a particular class are made only by the department head or department vice president through “Department Announcements” in UBIS. Below are examples of announcements made on this subject and the content of the first announcement.
