Technical Visit to the Istanbul Specialized Free Zone

A technical visit to the Istanbul Specialized Free Zone was organized on December 10, 2024, with the participation of Foreign Trade Program and Logistics Program students, accompanied by Dr. Özlem Şenel, Head of the Foreign Trade Program, and Lecturer Dr. Zeki Tüyen. During the visit, students toured companies operating within the free zone under the guidance of officials and had the opportunity to gain first-hand information about foreign trade activities and commercial processes carried out in free zones. The technical visit contributed to reinforcing students’ theoretical knowledge of free zones and foreign trade processes through practical experience.
