AS IAU, WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO EUROPE IN CYBERSOFTWARE.

The SAHA Istanbul Ecosystem—the largest industrial cluster in Türkiye and the second-largest in Europe—has launched the “SAHA Enterprise Program” (SAHA Girişim Programı). The program aims to increase the localization rate within the Turkish defense, aviation, and space sectors, facilitate the acquisition of critical technologies not yet possessed, and elevate the industry’s standing in international competition. Among the entrepreneurial firms selected for support under this program in 2022 is OZZTECH, a venture based at the Istanbul Aydın University (IAU) TEKMER Technology Development Center.

Operating in the field of cybersecurity software, OZZTECH develops solutions—including SIEM, SOAR, log management, and space-related technologies—for the defense industry, as well as the public and private sectors, and is currently actively engaged in sales. With the vision of contributing a “domestic and national” perspective to software that complies with legal regulations such as Law No. 5651, Law No. 5070, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the GDPR, the company has launched its European operations as part of its globalization strategy.
