Among the candidates who applied with recipes prepared in line with zero-waste kitchen principles, the top ten finalists were selected to prepare and present their dishes based on their submitted recipes. These dishes were evaluated on December 7, 2023, by a jury composed of leading professionals from the gastronomy industry.
