Held at the D Block Blue Hall, the event was conducted in collaboration with P\u0130RGE, during which comprehensive information was shared on knife selection, proper cutting techniques, and maintenance practices in professional kitchens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop contributed to the development of students\u2019 safe and efficient kitchen skills and provided valuable industry-oriented experience.
