The guest speaker of the event was Rabia G\u00fcven, a 2024 graduate of the department and a professional working at Banyan Istanbul. She shared her industry experience, professional kitchen processes, and post-graduation career journey with the students. The event contributed to raising students\u2019 awareness of the sector through direct experience sharing from alumni.
