As a guest speaker in the \u201cWorld Cuisines\u201d course conducted by Sandra \u00d6z, Chef Aksoy shared his professional experiences on international culinary cultures, modern gastronomy trends, and fine-dining techniques with students. During the hands-on session held at the O Block 11207 Demonstration Kitchen, students had the opportunity to observe and practice cooking and presentation techniques specific to various world cuisines under the guidance of a professional chef.
