The workshop was conducted by Chef C\u00fcneyt Kocaba\u015f at the O Block O11103 kitchen laboratory. During the workshop, students were introduced to modern dessert-making techniques, product pairings, and creative pastry practices. The event enabled students to enhance their hands-on dessert production skills and experience professional industry approaches.
