The workshop was held between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the O11203 training kitchen, where the preparation of New Year\u2013themed cookies was carried out through hands-on practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the workshop, participants were introduced to cookie dough preparation, shaping, baking, and decorating techniques through applied demonstrations. The event contributed to the development of students\u2019 basic pastry skills while enabling them to gain experience in creative presentation and product design.
