The event was attended by Dr. Zehra Yard\u0131, Head of the Department, Dr. Elif Merve Kahraman, and master\u2019s students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of the summit, presentations and sessions on sustainable food systems, environmental responsibility, ethical production, and sustainable practices in the gastronomy sector were followed.
