Zafer Aydemir, Executive Sous Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, participated as a guest in the Kitchen Practices course conducted by Sandra \u00d6z, Master Instructor of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The class was held between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the O Block 11207 Demonstration Kitchen. During the session, students were introduced to professional kitchen disciplines, high-level kitchen organization, and practice-based cooking techniques.
