Our alumni \u0130brahim \u00c7a\u011flar Doygun, Batuhan \u015eim\u015fir, and Berkay D\u00f6nmez, together with the kitchen team of GOU Society, achieved a significant success by receiving one toque in the Modern Cuisine \/ Gourmand Table category in the Gault &amp; Millau 2025 evaluations. Another source of pride came from our alumni Koray Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m and Sena Hac\u0131cafero\u011flu. The Levant Tahinier, where our graduates are part of the team, was awarded one toque in the Gourmet Tables \u2013 Patisserie category within the scope of Gault &amp; Millau T\u00fcrkiye 2026.
