The White Coat Ceremony, symbolizing the official initiation of our students into their professional journey, was held with great enthusiasm. During this meaningful event, our students donned their white coats for the first time, taking an important step toward their future roles as pharmacists. Academic staff, students, and invited guests attended the ceremony, which featured inspirational speeches emphasizing the ethical responsibilities and professional values of the pharmacy profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We congratulate all our students who participated in the White Coat Ceremony and wish them success throughout their educational journey and professional careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12 March 2025, the \u201c1st-Year White Coat Ceremony,\u201d which holds great significance for the first-year students of Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Faculty of Pharmacy, was enthusiastically held in A Block Hasan Fehmi B\u00fcy\u00fckbayram Conference Hall. This first step in the students\u2019 professional journey witnessed emotional moments with the participation of faculty members, families, and guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivering the opening speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Dr. A. Nurten \u00d6zdemir expressed her pride that Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Faculty of Pharmacy is the second most preferred foundation university Faculty of Pharmacy in T\u00fcrkiye. She emphasized that the education students will receive here will contribute not only to their professional development but also significantly to their academic and scientific growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Chairperson of Anadolu and Cultural Education Foundation Elif Ayd\u0131n<\/em> emphasized the importance of the white coat in the pharmacy profession and stated that students must embrace a strong sense of responsibility as they step into this honorable profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali S\u0131na\u011f<\/em> stated that Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Faculty of Pharmacy not only provides a qualified education but also supports its students through academic writing, projects, and research, preparing them as well-equipped individuals for the academic world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ceremony, the student who ranked first in the national university entrance exam (YKS) and placed in the faculty, Gizem Seyis<\/em>, also delivered a heartfelt speech. Seyis stated that the university will equip them not only academically but also in many aspects of life, and expressed her pride in being among the first students of the newly established Faculty of Pharmacy. She thanked her family, teachers, and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most exciting moment of the ceremony was when the first-year students donned their white coats and took their very first step into their professional lives. Through this meaningful ceremony, students gained great motivation on their journey to becoming successful pharmacists of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We extend our best wishes for success to our students who proudly wore their white coats and wish them a bright future on their professional path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
