During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding academic cooperation and joint projects between the two universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 23, 2025, Prof. Dr. Hac\u0131 Duran welcomed administrative representatives from the Rectorate and affiliated units of the University of Tlemcen, Algeria. The visiting delegation included Meziani Abdelnasse\u00fcr, Gouri Nabil, Nouar Thawriyya, Hedrache Latifa, and Laroubi Fethi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, on December 10, 2025, Menouar Ghellami, Assistant Secretary General of Hassiba Ben Bouali University of Chlef, Algeria, and Kamel Boubkeur visited Prof. Dr. Hac\u0131 Duran.
