The event was held with the aim of strengthening the alignment of the academic programs of the Business Management, and Economics and Finance Departments with sectoral expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The first panel session of the event focused on the theme of \u201cDecent Work and Economic Growth\u201d and was conducted under the moderation of Assist. Prof. Dr. Tayfun Tuncay Tosun. The session featured contributions from Prof. Dr. Gonca Telli, G\u00fcvent\u00fcrk Kalasl\u0131o\u011flu, and O\u011fuzhan \u00c7elebi as panelists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second panel session was organized around the theme of \u201cIndustry and Innovation\u201d and was moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. M. Adil Salep\u00e7io\u011flu, with Prof. Dr. Serdar Pirtini, Ali A. Pand\u0131r, and B. Kemal Ustao\u011flu participating as panelists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the panel sessions, a Workshop Session was conducted within the framework of Decent Work and Innovation, adopting an academic sustainability perspective. During this session, external stakeholders of the Business Management and Economics and Finance Departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences came together under the coordination of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Celal Naz\u0131m \u0130rem, to share their views, recommendations, and evaluations regarding changing industry expectations, graduate competencies, and the updating of academic programs.
