Under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Halit Tanju Besler and Dr. Z. Beg\u00fcm Kalyoncu Atasoy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif \u0130nan Ero\u011flu, who received the British Journal of Nutrition&#8217;s Article of the Year Award, shared her valuable knowledge and experience with us.
