The event took place at Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University&#8217;s Social Sciences Campus from October 10 to 12, 2025. The opening ceremony of the congress was honored by the presence of Mahinur \u00d6zdemir G\u00f6kta\u015f, the Minister of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey. Over the course of the three-day program, current scientific studies on learning difficulties were shared, and sessions were conducted to enhance academic interaction regarding education and awareness issues. Numerous workshops focused on developing creative thinking, multi- sensory teaching methods, adaptations for science and social sciences, as well as reading and comprehension skills, particularly for students with learning difficulties.
