Prof. Dr. Murat Balc\u0131 from the Special Education Program delivered his presentation titled \u201cOpportunities and Challenges in Special Education: Autism and Learning Disabilities\u201d at the panel discussion held as part of the 12th Kalkan International Symposium on Human Horizons and the 8th International Festival of Post-Contemporary Art. This event took place at the Troya Cultural Centre of \u00c7anakkale Onsekiz Mart University from 10 to 12 December 2025 and was moderated by Assoc.
