Within the scope of the program, academic staff were informed about the use of SciVal, the analysis of research performance, and the evaluation of scientific outputs. Participants\u2019 questions were addressed, and practical details were shared. Additionally, challenges encountered by academic staff during the use of SciVal were discussed, and solution suggestions were provided by the trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the productive session, it was decided to plan further training activities tailored to the needs of the academic staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-columns stk-block-columns stk-block stk-33f0143\"
