Prof. Dr. G\u00f6k\u00e7en \u00c7atl\u0131, a faculty member in the Department of Sociology, has received the \u2018Best Author of the Year\u2019 award."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Sociology Department faculty member, Associate Professor Dr. G\u00f6k\u00e7en \u00c7atl\u0131, received the &#8216;Best Author of the Year&#8217; award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With her fictional historical and anthropological novel &#8216;Tomris Khan Asil Kan&#8217;, which addresses the struggle-filled life of the Turanian female leader and the socio-cultural situation of the period, she was awarded the &#8216;Best Author of the Year&#8217; award by the International Legend Fashion Awards. -cultural context of the period.
