The research provides a comparative analysis of Ryanair and Pegasus Airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mixed-methods approach was adopted in the study. Document analysis was conducted using airline financial reports, while social media data were analyzed through deep learning\u2013based sentiment analysis techniques.
