On April 14, 2026, the Difference Makers Academy at Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University hosted one such meaningful event. Ms. Vildan KUMRULU, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Polifarma Pharmaceuticals, met with a large audience, predominantly composed of our Faculty of Pharmacy students, at the Purple Hall of the T Block Social Sciences Campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this special session titled \u201cA Leadership Story in Pharmaceuticals,\u201d Ms. KUMRULU shared the turning points of her career journey, the multidimensional nature of leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, and her experiences in achieving sustainable success in a sincere and inspiring manner. Participants had the opportunity to witness not only a career story but also a genuine leadership perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emphasizing contributing to the country as a primary goal, Ms. KUMRULU highlighted the importance of listening to one\u2019s inner voice, taking risks when necessary, and moving forward without stepping back in the face of failure. She also underlined that she has always placed the \u201cLife First\u201d approach at the center of her career philosophy and stressed the value of the innovative perspectives that young people will bring to the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
