As part of the 2026-2027 Academic Year, Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Faculty of Dentistry will organize a \u201cClinical Internship Orientation Program\u201d on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Esenyurt Campus to support fourth- and fifth-year dental students in preparing for their clinical internships.
\nThe program aims to facilitate students\u2019 adaptation to the clinical environment, raise awareness of patient and staff safety, and familiarize participants with clinical procedures. Training sessions will cover hand hygiene and infection control, emergency response codes, medical waste management, sterilization procedures, the use of dental units and rotary handpieces, the B\u0130LMED automation system, clinical workflows, and vital sign measurement practices.
