Our Sociology Department faculty member, Associate Professor Dr. G\u00f6k\u00e7en \u00c7atl\u0131, received the ‘Best Author of the Year’ award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With her fictional historical and anthropological novel ‘Tomris Khan Asil Kan’, which addresses the struggle-filled life of the Turanian female leader and the socio-cultural situation of the period, she was awarded the ‘Best Author of the Year’ award by the International Legend Fashion Awards. -cultural context of the period.
