FEAS Panel Series: Session on “Decent Work and Innovation”

As part of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Panel Series, a panel titled “Decent Work and Innovation” will be held on 25 December 2025. The panel will address the relationship between decent work, economic growth, and innovation from both academic and sectoral perspectives. All interested participants are welcome to attend.

Academic Excellence: Faculty Member Publishes in SCOPUS Q1 Indexed Journal

An article titled “Analyzing the Impact of Oil Imports on Air Pollution Proxied by PM2.5 Concentrations in China” by Tayfun Tuncay Tosun, a faculty member of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has been published in the journal Management of Environmental Quality. The study is indexed in SCOPUS Q1 and was published in June 2025. We congratulate our faculty member on this significant academic achievement.

Global Vision: Seminar on UN Sustainable Development Goals and Industrial Change

Within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, an online event will be held on 29 May 2025. The event will examine the effects of industrial change on global competition, peace, and democracy. The event is open to all participants interested in the topic.

Digital Future of Trade: “Artificial Intelligence and Trade: Current Trends” Event

Jointly organized by the Departments of International Trade and Finance and Business Administration, an event titled “Artificial Intelligence and Trade: Current Trends” will be held on 12 March 2025. The event will focus on the current impacts of artificial intelligence on trade and digital transformation. Participation of all interested students is welcomed.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Accounting and Finance Seminar 2024

An Accounting and Finance Seminar will be organized on 20 December 2024 through the joint collaboration of the Departments of International Trade and Finance and Business Administration. The seminar will address current developments in the fields of accounting and finance. All students are invited to attend.

Strengthening Community Spirit: Shrek Movie Screening Event

A social event including a screening of the film Shrek will be held on 30 October 2024, organized by the International Trade and Finance Student Club. The event aims to enhance social interaction among students and strengthen club engagement. Participation of department students is encouraged.

TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Project: Workshop on Eco-Friendly Products

Within the scope of a TÜBİTAK 2209-A–supported research project conducted by a student of the International Trade and Finance (English) Program, an online workshop will be held on 22 May 2024. The workshop will focus on environmentally friendly products and examples of good practices. All interested students are invited.

AI and Career Success: “Artificial Intelligence for Business Career” Workshop

A workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence for Business Career” will be organized by the Department of International Trade and Finance on 26 April 2024. The workshop will focus on career planning and artificial intelligence applications for students approaching graduation. Participation is open to all students.
