2026-2027 Academic Year Clinical Internship Orientation Program

As part of the 2026-2027 Academic Year, Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry will organize a “Clinical Internship Orientation Program” on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Esenyurt Campus to support fourth- and fifth-year dental students in preparing for their clinical internships.

The program aims to facilitate students’ adaptation to the clinical environment, raise awareness of patient and staff safety, and familiarize participants with clinical procedures. Training sessions will cover hand hygiene and infection control, emergency response codes, medical waste management, sterilization procedures, the use of dental units and rotary handpieces, the BİLMED automation system, clinical workflows, and vital sign measurement practices.

• Afternoon Session (Section 2): 14:00–16:20
• Venue: Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry, Esenyurt Campus
• Participants: Fourth- and fifth-year dental students beginning their clinical internships
