PILOT TRAINING BEGINS AT ISTANBUL AYDIN ​​UNIVERSITY

Aiming to train pilots to international standards with its strong and dynamic faculty, Istanbul Aydın University is launching Pilot Training programs in collaboration with True Course.

The first module of the training will begin with Private Pilot License (PPL) flight training and continue with Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) training. PPL Flight Training: 120 hours of theory and 45 hours of flight training (including 5 hours of simulator training). ATPL Flight Training: 650 hours of theory and 220 hours of flight training (including 43 hours of simulator training).

This training program is designed to allow students enrolled in other programs at our university to access this profession simultaneously and without disrupting their studies, under advantageous conditions and with the guarantee of IAÜ SEM. It also offers a dual career opportunity for prospective students who are not yet enrolled in our university but wish to obtain another bachelor’s degree while pursuing a pilot degree.

Our Certified Training Simulator located at the Florya Campus is a major advantage, especially for ATPL candidates. Training will be conducted online via Zoom starting June 28th.
